The City will use it's best efforts to ensure that the recording device is properly maintained, is used appropriately, and will take reasonable efforts, actions and precautions to ensure that the recording system clearly and accurately records the City Council meetings. However, the City may not be able to prevent the recording system from failing, as the City cannot reasonably prevent occasional technical problems from arising or electrical problems from occurring.
